Dr. So and her team are wonderful. Everytime I've been there I am treated very well. Today's visit was no exception. Today I experienced two fairly new procedures, of course I cannot remember the names of them, but the new cleaning process to remove the heavy plaque buildup was awesome. Normally they would use an instrument to scrape the plaque loose for 40 plus minutes. The procedure today reduced the scraping of my teeth to a fraction of the time. I encourage you to set an appointment for the best dentists visit you have ever experienced.

Friendly team, welcoming lobby area, provides a range of dental care. Handles miscommunication with professionalism. My only recommendation is to properly discuss policy information in collaboration with their service charges when setting an appointment or 72 hours in advance.

You have lost our entire family as patients, not only with your refusal to allow parents to accompany their children with no exceptions for children with food allergies or other special needs, but also with your rude and immature behavior in replies today on your facebook page.

Dr. So is a very compassionate dentist, one of the best I’ve ever gone to. Our entire family utilizes this office, including our middle son with special needs. He has had traumatic experiences in the past, but the team have made his experience much more comfortable. The team is excellent.

I’ve had less than stellar experiences with previous dentists. So much so that I’ve avoided going to any dentist unless it was a necessity. The team at mass Avenue family dentistry put me at ease when I voiced my concerns. I felt they were actually listening to my concerns. Definitely helped change my perspective of dentist visits. Just one visit and we have a multi step plan to help revitalize my smile. Truly thankful for Dr. So and her team.

Absolutely amazing place. I have anxiety at the dentist and both Dr. So and her team made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything that they were doing, continually checked in to see how I was doing, and reiterated that if I felt anxious at all, they would stop. 100% recommend and I will be coming back! :)

8 hours from home and I broke a large portion of a rear molar off. I did a Google search in the area and Mass Ave Dentistry was close. Called and they got me in within 2 hours. If I lived close, I would definitely return.

I’ve never been particularly fond of dentist visits, and I’m embarrassed to admit that I avoided dental care for seven years because of it. However, finding such a compassionate and caring dentist has truly eased my anxiety. The entire team - the receptionists, dental hygienists and the dentist are exceptional and genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. It's comforting to know I'm in good hands.

Amanda is the best hygienist I have ever seen, my cleanings are quick and comfortable and I used to dread them. Dr. So has the best chair-side manner and has a ton of integrity, I have not needed any additional dental work while in her care and she is happy to continue to see me just to tell me everything looks good! Dr. So did help me with Botox and a bite guard for TMJ that I instigated, which has been such a relief. The office team is responsive and the office is clean and modern. The best!

amazing experience! nice location, friendly team, the dentist was excellent. made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained everything. when i checked through my insurance it said they were out of network, but that wasn’t true. if you’re in the same situation, might be worth calling and asking them to run your insurance to double check.

Had my first appointment today and my experience was amazing. My hygienist was professional and very personable. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing, and always had my comfort in mind. She had a tough job as I had been lax in getting my cleanings, so I have a follow up appointment for the detailing. I was so impressed at how thorough and comprehensive their procedures were, and they clearly indicated all financial information. I feel like I have a better understanding of my current dental health than I did before. Also, their office is attractive and very clean. Parking is very convenient.

Dr. So is literally the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life. She is the sweetest, most knowledgeable and patient focused dentist. She really cares about her patients and so does her team from the front desk to the assistants and hygenists always willing to be flexible and kind. I cannot recommend this practice enough. I am not the easiest mouth either; no dental insurance growing up so I have many fillings. I adore her and her team. She also just did my two kids and her team was so good with them. So take your kids here too! So grateful for this great care in downtown!

This was the best experience I’ve had when going to the dentist. My prior dentists never made me feel comfortable and would honestly throw sales pitches at me instead of paying attention to my teeth. That was not the case at Mass Ave Family Dentistry. I was extremely comfortable and everyone I encountered was extremely polite. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great team, service and team at Mass Ave Family Dentistry. Our family loves this practice and Dr. Soo and her team are amazing. Makes a huge difference when you know your dental providers truly care about you. Recently I had a very old crown pop off hours before I was leaving on an international trip. They immediately found time to get me in and out with some “new glue” on the old crown with plenty of time to make the flight. I can not say enough good things about this team.

Phase 1 of a crown today. Dr. So and Amanda and the entire team made me feel completely relaxed (I tend to have a lot of anxiety) I was in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. No pain. No anxiety. Wow! I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. So and Amanda. This was my second try at a dentist in Indy since I moved back from Boston. My first attempt was a real problem. But Mass Ave Family Dentistry killed it! So kind and approachable and sincere from walking in through to the exam and cleaning. I arrived this morning feeling weird about my dental care given my experience at that other (very unprofessional) dentist, and I walked out feeling uplifted and back in the driver’s seat about my dental care. Seriously- this place is incredible!

Awesome service. I chipped my tooth in an auto accident and they got me in the day after I called them. They fixed my tooth and were so nice as they were genuinely concerned about me and the accident. Dr Soo was incredibly personable and I really appreciated the way she explained things to me as she was doing them. I was referred by a colleague and I’m really happy to have found this practice. I’ll be back for my check up in 6 months for sure!

This place is awesome!!! Julie & Kathy make you feel right at home. Dr. So is wonderful, kind and gentle. Lizbeth took my X-rays and it was EASY!!!! If you need a new office this is your answer. My insurance is out of network and I wouldn’t change for anything!!! SO WORTH IT!!!!

Best dentist I have been to thus far. Always friendly. Never have to wait. They listen to your issues and try to resolve them based on what you say, rather than what they think. All my previous dentist never listened. Highly recommend

Love Doctor So and her team. They are professional, accommodating, and focused. Our care has been quick, excellent, and above just the normal dental cleaning you would get. Dr. So is available for questions and has taken excellent care of our entire family. We travel 40 minutes or more to go to her practice for care and think it is absolutely worth it!
Amanda is the kindest and most patient hygienist. She takes very good care of our young children and goes out of her way to help them feel comfortable.
